Wintry walk

I do my daily walk through the park Horner track. It is deserted - in fact I have the large park on my own. Not a single dog owners I see walking out of his Bello, auch keinen Jogger. Ob es daran liegt, dass es doch teilweise sehr rutschig ist auf den mit Eis und Schnee bedeckten Wegen? Aber man kann doch seitlich an den Wegen gehen, da, wo kein Eis liegt, sondern zu Matsch geronnene Erde.

Sind Hamburger/innen Weicheier? Nein, das sind sie sicher nicht. Vielleicht mögen sie einfach keine Eisglätte mit Matsch oder sie wollen sich auch nicht dauernd die Schuhe putzen. Vielleicht studieren sie auch alle ihre Muster-Wahlzettel sowie die umfangreichen Anleitungen dazu, wie man sie auszufüllen hat. Denn morgen, das ist klar, entscheidet sich das Schickal Hamburgs und womöglich ganz Deutschlands. Ob es aufwärts geht oder bloss immer mehr abwärts – das entscheidet allein das Volk.
