Read today on the news that Pope Ratzinger will now allow the the use of condoms.
As I read this, I immediately got up and I looked out the window to see if there is to see out side because maybe cheering crowds.

Well, I live well in the Protestant north, where you are anyway not care about whether this or that one any pope allowed.
